Privacy notice

AltosTerra processes your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

What we collect

When you send a listing contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and message, together with the date you accepted this notice.

What we use it for

Only so the agent and their agency can answer your enquiry about the listing. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties outside that agency.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to privacidad@altosterra.com.
